Details: I have an amazing 1982 BMW 733i for sale. This car is the nicest original e23 I´ve ever seen outside of a museum. It has lead a relaxed life at just over 4000 miles a year. The paint shines beautifully and I just waxed it with some high-end product. You can´t look at it in direct sunlight. The windows are untinted and free of chips. The brown leather is rich and beautiful without a single tear, rip, or hole. The car looks better than most 5 year old BMWs. The engine pulls strong all the way to redline and the transmission is smooth and shifts predictably. The clutch is strong. This car gets 27 mpg on the highway as recorded by me. of course, the car is rust free and completely sound. The brakes and suspension are good. This is a very reliable car, mechanically speaking. These engines go for 350-500k.The car is rolling on beautiful 14´ aluminum wheels which are the same as found on the 3.0csl. There are also two spare wheels and tire chains to go along with them.One of the most impressive parts about this car is the complete tool kit in the trunk. Every single wrench and tool is there, even the original ceramic fuses. All the tools are chromed and stamped West Germany. The tools themselves are worth quite a bit.This car is very reliable and I would not hesitate to drive it across the country. I´ll be taking it on a 700 mile trip if I still have it in two weeks. That being said, it is still a 30 year old car and some things do need to be addressed. Most of them are very simple. The sunroof switch needs to be replaced. Sometimes it works but not usually. There is a special tool included to help if yo get stuck with it open. The radio does not work very well. It turns on but most of the buttons have stopped working so you don´t get many choices of what to listen to. The speakers and sound system do sound good though. The trip odometer does not work. The central climate control works well but needs to be adjusted to be perfect. I have instructions on how to do this.The car comes with some spares as well. You get 2 spare wheels, a bunch of oil filters, tire chains, and even an extra door locking mechanism.The nada value of this car in its current condition is 6500-7500. I am asking 4650.
