Oil changed every 4,000 mi even though BMW requires only every 15,000mi. Well cared for as it shows. It does not burn or leak any oil, there are no drips or leaks of any fluids. The brakes are very strong and there is no pulsation of any sort. The clutch holds power perfectly in all gears and the gears are buttery smooth between all shift gates. I have never launched car out of first gear; in order to preserve clutch. The new owner shall be really impressed by it´s condition in every way. Enjoy the spirited drive.Notes: Maddad Exhaust is the Whisper series w/ an exotic clean sound, there is no cabin drone and volume is moderate and balanced. Still eligible for a potential warranty as JB4 software is a plug-n-play/removable and invisible. The JB4 comes with numerous power maps that can be switched via the steering wheel controls while the car is in operation or parked. JB4 observations have been that the car´s power curve operates more balanced and is more responsive. Handling is significantly improved with the mated M3 sway bar; paired with the wider stance VMR wheels. Also, The Hankook tires produce a more comfortable ride/better grip then the harsher runflats. The vehicle has been garage kept for the remainder of my owner ship and also the previous owner kept it in his garage as well. the vehicle has been very well taken care of, despite its age. It is Mechanically sound, and has had regular service every 3500 miles only WITH BMW FILTERS AND OIL (15W40 full synthetic). I have all service records to date. If a part needed replacement there was no hesitation. The vehicle has regular wear and tear and has a little over 140,000 miles on it. I commute to work in Mt. Laurel (1.5 hour drive to and from monday through friday) Will need (2) rear tires soon, (about 2mm of tread left) and also will need two front stabilizer links (can be bought online for less than 40$ and can be installed in less then 10 minutes). With the sale of the car i will throw in, brand new in the box H&R sport springs (1.5´´) drop all around. (i never got around to installing them on the vehicle) and also Full aluminum Rogue rear shock mounts. Already installed on the vehicle is a K&N drop in filter and also a short shift kit made by UUC. the kit is UUC evo3 with a weighted and cnc machined billet aluminum DSSR (dual shear selector shaft) retailed at 450.00 for the kit. installed are delrin bushings and evo3 short shift bushings, the feeling is great. Also just replaced the driveshaft guibo(flex joint) at the same time i did the short shift kit install. Everything was installed by me, I have been a BMW Technician for over 5 years. so i am familiar with these cars to say the least. The car does not lack power, and the rpm band is smooth as can be. Nothing drives like this BMW. It sadens me that i have to get rid of it, but with my commute to work in Mt. Laurel (1.5 hour drive to and from monday through friday) i know that i am not driving the vehicle how it should be driven and before the mileage gets too high i want to give someone else the enjoyment of the vehicle. If you were to come and see the vehicle, dont be afraid to bring your mechanic, a flashlight or pocket scanner. The vehicle has no leaks, and no failing mechanical components.
