Details: I am selling my 2000 BMW 323i with 141500+ miles.It is silver with gray leather interior.It has dual front leather power seats, cruise control, intermittent wipers, AM/FM CD, working sunroof, automatic with the option to drive it sporty and shift on your own, power steering, ABS brakes, traction control, power windows, doors, locks, AC, and alloy wheels.Last year I replaced the power steering pump and the high pressure hose and put on new front rotors, pads, and the sensor.The driver´s side door lock doesn´t work with the key but the key itself has the unlock feature so it really doesn´t mean much as I never used it when it did work.The fan clutch works but probably should be replaced at some point so I bought one and also a thermostat and belts to change while doing so.The check engine light has been on since buying the car as it needs a sensor. I was told it may affect gas mileage but I´ve never had an issue with gas mileage so never replaced it.It´s a pretty solid car and I´ve owned it for a couple of years but I´m looking for a truck and buying another motorcycle (Buell XB9S if yiu have ine to trade) so the cash is gonna help me.I was asking $5400 (kbb ´good´ value) or best REASONABLE offer but since its somewhere between good and fair (kbb $4600) I will sell for the average of that which is $5000 FIRM (including parts) so if you offer a dollar less (in email or face to face) the answer will be no.If you reply please put BMW as the subject so I know you´re not spam.Thank you.Updated: 04/30/12 ~ Sunroof is fixed and replaced the tires. It has a custom cold air intake, tinted tails, and side markers. Heated seats and mirrors, auto headlights which were converted into bi-xenon headlights with a full projector set up so no cheap eBay kit gets 27 mpg and has just over 101,XXX on the odometer. The good: 3 Owners ~49,000 original miles tons of receipts, thousands in new parts starts, runs, and drives without any issue. 1100% Mechanically sound. I know a lot of people say that, but i swear on my grandmother that I mean it. The bad -Needs headliner -Has some small surface rust, just a few paint bubbles(10ft car) -sunroof is ´sticky´ The interior isnt mint could use some lovin. I love this car, it has a tremendous cool factor, but im consdering letting it go to someone who will appreciate it and restore. I would love to do a restoration, but being a full time student, with a full time job I just dont have as much time as i would like. I just drove her 300 miles from Iowa in January without a single issue. This car is 100% mechanically sound. It just needs some cosmetic loving. Its a blast to cruise around town, and is a beast on the highway. Comfortable, quiet, and pulls hard! Its not quick off the line, but once you get up to speed she pulls like new. Price is $5,500 obo, I originally had it listed at $7,500. You may think this is too high for a car that isnt mint, but its a 35 year old classic with 49,000 miles on it. I drive the car every day without an issue. I prefer it over my ´97 jeep or ´87 BMW.
