(No motor swap or odometer swap or any major components)-Runs great and fun to drive especially because its a 5-speed. A lot of torque but also very smooth. Beautiful handling and rides great at any speed.. literally. The torque from the straight 6 cyl. engine along with the upgraded suspension system makes this car very fun to drive in the corners like merging onto the highway, back roads, etc. Very comfortable to commute in. Stop dreading the ride home from work and start looking forward to the drive with heated leather seats, power sunroof, power windows, power locks, power seats, premium sound and the 5-speed transmission to play around with.-Average 25 MPG, around 21 MPG with a heavy foot, up to 29-30 MPG if you´re age 40 and above.. haha just a joke-Includes an upgraded ALPINE sound system which also includes a BLUETOOTH (Wireless = less clutter) sony deck that works great with the iPhone or iPod touch, but also includes an aux port. I use the BT for music streaming (no wires and no skipping like a cd). Car originally had the Harmon/Karmon audio package from BMW (nice quality) but the speakers have been replaced because they were old. The Harmon/Karmon system from BMW comes with an amp to power and push extra watts to the speakers for premium sound. You will notice I left the Amp in it which powers the new ALPINE speakers and sounds very nice. Note: the BT phone works but not very well because the sony mic never worked well even out of the box brand new.-NO check engine lights on what so ever, so DON´T ask I appreciate it.-New Radiator at 133K-Body washed frequently in the Summer (not as often in the winter but cleans up nice) -Lowered 2´ with brand new (as of now they have less than 10k miles on them) bilstein sport shocks and struts all around. Low center of gravity adds to the already impressive BMW 3-series cornering abilities. (includes stock springs to raise to stock height).-Does have hail damage from a storm a couple years ago but it did not chip or damage any of the paint. The small dents the storm left behind are not very noticeable. Most people never notice them at all unless I point them out. The way I see it is your getting a major discount for a mechanically sound car that just has some small round indents in it... It was worth the price difference for me and I was lucky to get my hands on it... sad to see it go.-Windshield was replaced less than a month ago only because my insurance covered it (it was pitted from wear and tear, not from any damage).-Comes with the 17´ kong wheels and low profile sport tires (see in picture) as well as a set of studs with black steel wheels for the winter.-Again some minor cosmetic stuff wrong with it if it doesn´t bother you make an offer. BUT NOTE: I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SELL OR TRADE UNTIL THE FIRST WEEK IN MAY... (2002 BMW 330XI) All wheel drive model for those who are not familiar. It black on black and has the cold weather package, premium package, and sport package. 5 Speed manual transmission with leather interior. I have owned the car for one year, so everything listed has been done within the last year. It has been a great car, I am just looking for a two door. I am a non-smoker and have no pets. I do not allow smoking in my car or pets in my car.1. Clean/Clear Title in hand. No known accidents but can provide VIN for car fax check.2. I am the third owner to my knowledge. The first two owners had the car primarily maintained and serviced at BMW dealerships. 3. I have changed the oil every 5,000 miles with BMW Synthetic oil. 4 Upgrades/Mods: About ten months ago: HR Springs all the way around the car with Bilstien Sport shocks up front and Bilstein E36 M3 shocks in rear (suggested by Bilstein). Also all new heavy duty shock mounts. iPod Dice integration system installed with spec dock replacing ashtray (Only for the iPhone/Ipod 3GS and previous models) It will play and charge iPhone 4 but will not allow you to use the radio controls to change the song. Clear corners, side markers, and red/clear/red taillights. Weather Tech custom fitted floor mats (Also have original floor mats)5. Repairs: At the same time both front axles were replaced along with the alternator, and coolant expansion tank. Coolant tank was done as preventative maintenance.6. All new brake pads, all new rotors, new fuel filter, oil change, belts, and valve cover gasket.I would rate the interior a 8/10 for normal wear on the driver´s side seat and a small tear/scuff on the bottom of the driver´s side door panel. Barely noticeable. Will have pictures soon. The exterior a 7/10. It has the normal paint chipping on the front bumper and hood. It has a very tiny ding on the passenger side that is not noticeable unless you look real close. Finally, a little nick on the deck lid that could use a small amount of touch up paint(Its probably the size of a pencil eraser). The car comes with a staggered set of the 18´ e90 wheels as shown in the picture with at least 75% tread life left. I also have a winter set up with OEM BMW wheels and 17´ Nokian winter tires with 80% tread life left. $9,900 Mileage is 158,XXX. It has never given me any problems other than the front axles which were replaced as mentioned above. I can send any picture you want on request.
