Details: Got a BMW 740il, 164k miles, super clean interior and exterior, CLEAN title. Car has been babied, i havent driven in the rain or snow, and runs awesome; no check engine light or anything. Im the 2nd owner of the car, I bought it from a local doctor. The interior looks brand new besides normal wear on the drivers seat. Theres not a single function in the whole car that does not work. Has new tires on the 20s. Recently replaced the water pump, thermostat, radiator, spark plugs, oil change, and MAF sensor. All these parts were changed when a fan blade broke on the highway and ripped a hole in the radiator. I replaced the water pump and thermostat after i found out that bmw used plastic water pump impellers; i just didnt want to have the car towed again considering bmws dont exactly have the best stock cooling systems, so i did everything i could to not run into a problem. I´ve installed an HID kit, and LED foglights. The hood is vinyl wrapped. Also installed a single din flip out stereo with headphone jack(for iphone, ipod, android, anything really). Car runs great and drives straight, I had the car aligned after installing new tires. I have all the factory user manuals and everything. Trades are welcome, looking for an e39 5 series(must be 6spd), e36(must be 5spd), or 99-00 cadillac escalade, let me know what you have otherwise!!! Details: I´ve got too many 4 wheelers and want to trade and/or sell my El Camino for another 2 wheeler. Its really nice and I hate to let it go. I just put a new engine and tranny in. Neither is brand new and I couldn´t tell from the vehicle it came out of, but the trans works perfectly and the engine compression tested to 125psi or better on all cylinders. The trans is a 700R4 OD. The engine is a 94 TBI 350. I wanted better power and mileage and got it. It is NOT a hotrod, but it purrs like a huge cat and is a blast to drive. I think its geared too tall though and had planned to put lower gears in the rear end. That would also give it better power and maybe better mileage as well. It doesn´t have a tac, but its barely reving at 70mph in OD.Besides the engine and trans, I put a TON of money into replacing stuff under the hood. Among the bigger new stuff is: AC, Alt., battery, master cylinder, Flow Master muffler, headers (they were slightly used), hoses, etc. Also installed really nice leather buckets that came out of a mustang. The driver´s is electric. Also has brand new wheels (American Torq Thrust) and tires. The next stuff on the agenda was to chase down some small leaks and start getting all the details on the inside sorted. There are some non-essentials that need to be fixed; a couple lights, window washer (wiper is fine) and some other goodies. I just pulled the dash appart and cleaned up the wiring rat´s nest so its clean now. It has a pretty decent stereo and I added an amp. The new seats are a little higher and reduced clearance to the steering wheel so I planned on a tilt column in the near future. I have the cruise unit that was on the new engine so a tilt column with the cruise controls would be sweet. The cruise unit goes with truck.I´ve done a bunch of other stuff but can´t recall it all.As for the trade, I´m in the market for a high end, European adventure touring type ride. Some top contenders would be KTM SMT 990, BMW GS 1200, Ducati Multistrada 1200, or something along these lines. Don´t hesitate to let me know what you have. I´d consider a cruiser, but it would have to be something VERY cool, like a Moto Guzzi Griso or a Ducati Diavel. Probably wouldn´t be interested in a Harley unless it was something really special like an super special knuckle head or the like. Japanese stuff is probably out too, but you can always throw it out there. I´m also interested in metal fabrication tools like a smaller (not too small) CNC mill or lathe, or ??? Other possibilities: A small tractor with bucket, backhoe, and PTO; A side by side ATV, or other URV/RV like a quad. looking for a good, old short bed truck body that´s in good shape. I only want the body so I´d take a blown up truck or whatever, but I don´t want to deal with rust or heavy damage. prefer a Dodge, International Harvester, or StudebakerI´m willing to do a fair trade + cash. Details: I am selling my 1990 BMW 535i. It has new paint, new tires, new rims, new starter, new battery, new alternator and new wiring. Car runs and drives like its new. Also has a new stereo with mp3 hook up. Needs a few things like a hood release latch(it works now), a bracket for the glove box and the a/c needs to be recharged. Has 163,000 miles and a lot of new parts and work was done on this car less than 100 miles ago. The front drivers seat is also cracked.
