Needs the ribbon cable for the LED´s replaced on the radio. You can you tube how to do this yourself. The cable is cheap! Everything on the radio works, just some of the LED´s are out. You can still use it as it is. THe car drives great. It doesn´t have any leaks on the driveway! A few small fixes and you could have a perfect car for under 10K. Details: Hello my name is Adam and Im thinking about getting rid of my 2000 Bmw 540i. I planned on putting some money into this car to make it mine but the money isnt coming in like it used to. Because of this im going to have to go back to delivering pizzas and im definitely not going to do that in a v8 bmw. Like the title says its a 4.4 ltr. V8 with a 6 speed manual transmission. it has 140,880ish miles and drives great its a really quick car. It has full power heated leather seats, built in radar detector, driver seat memory and many more options. The interior is almost perfect the only issue with it is that the headliner is coming down in the back corners and the floor mats arent in the best shape. The wheels are really nice but the paint on them is starting to peel.This car is super nice but has some issues. There is a noise coming from the left side rear wheel which i believe to be the cv joint, the check engine light is on because of a bad camshaft sensor($600 to replace both at bmw dealer), the traction control light is on and also not working. The tcm is the reason for that light being on and to replace it at the bmw dealer was quoted at 1600. The final bad thing is that the back right window motor needs to be replaced. Details: Hello,For sale is my 1993 BMW 740il4.0 v8 engine, no problems at all.It has 250,000 miles but still runs better and smoother than many newer cars.It has very nice black leather interior.It has working sunroof, privacy screens for back 3 windows, anti theft system, and more.It needs a battery recharge. (It sometimes needs a jump to start, but once it starts, it runs perfect)It needs a plastic bumper cover on the rear right side.It needs a left front signal light.It has a crack in the windshield, but not all the way through it, so it will pass inspection.The gas door is off, but I have it. Details: Hello my name is Adam and Im thinking about getting rid of my 2000 Bmw 540i. I planned on putting some money into this car to make it mine but the money isnt coming in like it used to. Because of this im going to have to go back to delivering pizzas and im definitely not going to do that in a v8 bmw. Like the title says its a 4.4 ltr. V8 with a 6 speed manual transmission. it has 140,880ish miles and drives great its a really quick car. It has full power heated leather seats, built in radar detector, driver seat memory and many more options. The interior is almost perfect the only issue with it is that the headliner is coming down in the back corners and the floor mats arent in the best shape. The wheels are really nice but the paint on them is starting to peel.This car is super nice but has some issues. There is a noise coming from the left side rear wheel which i believe to be the cv joint, the check engine light is on because of a bad camshaft sensor($600 to replace both at bmw dealer), the traction control light is on and also not working. The tcm is the reason for that light being on and to replace it at the bmw dealer was quoted at 1600. The final bad thing is that the back right window motor needs to be replaced. I have more pics and can answer any questions you have. Im open to most trades and plan on taking the best offer. Use the email provided i get them on my phone. Thanks for looking.
